About the Retreat:

While immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature and the embrace of community, we will introduce energetically-infused methods of deep inquiry for creating health.

We’ll connect with the wisdom of the womb, prepare personalized essential oil blends, and clarify our unique feelings and needs.

Let’s gather the spring energy and plant seeds of intention for how we want to show up for ourselves and others.

All attendees will be invited to participate in a long-term coaching program following the retreat.

  • Personalized essential oil blend

  • Reheatable organic rice bag

  • Afternoon tea and snacks (GF, DF)

We will explore:

  • Our infinite capacity to hold space for ourselves and others (through encouragement, validation, reverence) and how holding that space allows for transformation and clarity to unfold for each of us.

  • How accuracy in labeling our feelings and bringing awareness to the body sensations they create, provides an opportunity to accept, transform, and integrate our feelings to meet our unique needs.

  • The wisdom of our womb for guiding us as we embrace self-love and deep knowing and recognize how entanglement patterns are impacting our health and wellbeing (personal, relational, ancestral, cultural).

Facilitators:

Wren McLaughlin (she/her), Integrative Women’s Health Coach and Kelsi Ervin (she/her), Naturopathic Physician share a passion for guiding people toward greater health and wellbeing.

In their own experiences, both consider themselves students of energy, connecting with the rhythms of nature and the mystery of the divine while grounding into the experience of being human.
